The Eagle Has Landed

We all managed to pry ourselves away from the Thanksgiving Bananagrams marathon long enough to take a chilly walk through the Olympic Sculpture Park this afternoon. After reluctantly deciding that we probably shouldn't toss Simon's football around while weaving in and out of Serra's "Wake" -- even though the two activities were obviously meant for each other -- we contented ourselves with some silly cinematography under Calder's orange "Eagle." This slightly rushed, mostly random movie shoot didn't start out as an attempt to reveal the essence of Josie and Simon's relationship, but looking at it now I have to say it definitely captures some of what goes on between them.
